Shipping and Delivery

Please visit our Shipping Information Page for all details about how our Pillow Pods are shipped straight to your doorstep so you can start getting your best rest as soon as possible.

Once an order is placed, our Shipping Team will carefully collect your products and package it with love, so please allow up to 2 business days for our team to pick and pack your order.

Standard Order Shipping Time: 5-7 business days

Due to a high volume of orders, our team is working diligently to process your orders as quickly as possible.

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Pillow Pod Team. This means that we reserve the right to reject any order received. If your order is rejected, you will be notified and our team will issue a full refund.

We pride ourselves on having the best customer experience, so we aim to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Pillow Pod Questions

Yes, all Pillow Pod Support Pillows come with a case of a colour of your choice!

Extra cases are also available to purchase to make your laundry days easier.

Our Pillow Pod Support Pillows come in one amazingly large and cuddly one size fits most design and is 130 x 70 cm. They are all made individually with love so there may be a slight size variation per Pillow Pod Support Pillows.

Also, the filling of the Pillow Pod Support Pillows is easily accessible by a zip at the top so you can ensure that it is the perfect height to suit your needs.

Our Pillow Pods have an inner zip so the level of filling can be easily adjusted according to your preferences!

We currently offer Pillow Pod Support Pillows that are filled with plush memory resistant polyester fibre. Our Support Pillows do not contain latex.

The Pillow Pod Core that holds the filling is a polyester lining that keeps all the comfy stuff snug inside.

We are just as excited as you are for you to receive your Pillow Pod Support Pillow! It is packaged in a vacuum sealed packaging for easy transportation to your doorstep, and this bag can be reused by you at any time.

We recommend you shake and fluff your Pillow Pod Support Pillow as the filling gets compressed in its vacuum-sealed packaging.

Also, we recommend ironing the Pillow Pod Case when it arrives at your door as the cover may get creased in transit. The Pillow Pod Support Pillow comes with the case off for easy ironing.

Our Pillow Pod cores do not fit in washing machines due to their large size but can be gently hand-washed with gentle detergent and airdried laying flat outside (we do not recommend hanging it up due to its weight).

Also, fluff the filling before laying it flat and be sure to wash it on a sunny day and flip it over while it dries to ensure it dries all the way through.

The Pillow Pod Support Pillow is not suitable for children under the age of 6 as it poses a suffocation risk for young children who may not be strong enough to move it away from their faces.

Payment

At Pillow Pod, your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we offer GooglePay and ApplePay too!

All pricing for our UK store is listed in GBP.

You may be experiencing issues as we only allow 1 discount to be applied at a time. For example, a Bundle discount and a 10% discount code cannot be used at the same time. If you have created a Bundle the option for second discount will not appear.

If you have any issues with receiving your discount code in your inbox please contact our lovely team so they can apply the discount code to your order or create you a new one!

These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched by our Shipping Team you will need to go through our returns process.

As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
