Refund Policy

At Pillow Pod, we’re committed to helping you achieve the perfect night’s sleep. We take great care in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities under UK consumer law.

Change of Mind (Distance Selling Rights)

Under UK distance selling regulations, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods.

If you change your mind, we accept returns provided:
1) You notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving the item.
2) The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for bedding products (including Pillow Pods) that have been opened or unsealed, as they cannot be returned to their original vacuum-sealed condition or resold safely.

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. These costs are non-refundable.

After 14 days, we are not obligated to accept returns for change of mind.

Faulty Products

If your product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to replacement or refund:

  • If a fault is discovered within 6 months of receiving your item and it was present at the time of delivery, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement (your choice).
  • If the fault appears after 6 months, we may still offer a replacement, but we may require evidence that the fault was not due to misuse or wear and tear.

Products Damaged Through Improper Use

We cannot offer a refund, repair, or replacement if your item has been damaged due to:

  • Mishandling
  • Improper care
  • Use contrary to our instructions

How do I return a product?

To begin a return, please contact our team at support@pillowpod.co.uk or via our Contact Us page. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo (if your item is faulty)

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is confirmed to be faulty.

Refund Process

Once we’ve received and assessed your return, we’ll process your refund or ship a replacement. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
