Once an order is placed, our Shipping Team will carefully collect your Pillow Pod and package it with love, so please allow up to 2 business days for our team to pick and pack your order.

To update delivery details, contact our support team at support@pillowpod.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note, once the order is shipped or in transit, changes cannot be made.

Standard Order Shipping Time: 5-7 business days

As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow your Pillow Pod every step of the way.

In order to ensure our customers receive their products in the fastest time possible, we ship out our products according to our current inventory levels, so if you ordered multiple items you may not receive them in the same shipment.
